We invest in locations with favorable demographics which are inherently undervalued and poised for growth. Vintage looks for assets in communities which are receptive to work with private investors or have an established and focused community redevelopment plan in place. The properties which we generally target are typically solid, functional assets valued below $5,000,000.
Vintage looks to add value through renovation, restoration, creative redevelopment, and through building strong cash flows.
